I agree with you, and I also believe that philosophical and whimsical are (more or less) antonyms. 

I was mostly referencing the fact that my blog is not only pretentious and philosophical or only humble and whimsical. It’s simply an amalgam of whatever emotions I’m feeling and decide to express through the keys. To think that such diametrically opposed attitudes don’t exist within us all is folly; we are all human, and the only constant is physical, emotional, and spiritual change - from day to day, from week to week, or from year to year. 

I went to the doctor’s office today to get examined for some neurological mishaps I’ve been experiencing recently. 

For the first time in five years, I can say that my body mass index is no longer in the “underweight” category. Anything below 18.5 is considered underweight, and I’m up to 19.4.

I feel better than ever before, and I haven’t even had my bloodwork done yet.
